Angad Bagai is a Team Lead at the Udaiti Foundation. Prior to this, Angad worked at Sattva Consulting for 4 years, where he worked on and led engagements with international and domestic foundations, primarily focusing on strategy development and implementation in gender and public health verticals.

He has also gained the experience of working with Cankids Kidscan, a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer and their families in India, as well as with the World Bank Group. Angad holds an LLM from the University of Law, London, and a BA in English and International Relations from Tufts University in the US.

Annu T Poulose is a development professional specializing in data analytics, statistics, and quantitative research. With a Master's degree in Statistics and Google certification as a data analyst, she is a dedicated advocate for leveraging data to drive women's economic empowerment. Her core area of expertise includes designing impactful quantitative research, ensuring data quality, and utilizing tools like R, Stata, and SPSS for insightful  analysis.

Devaki Singh holds the position of Senior Technical Specialist, Women’s Economic Empowerment - Strategy and Evidence Uptake, at The Udaiti Foundation.With nearly a decade of experience, she has been actively involved in supporting strategic development, knowledge creation, and policy implementation, at development nonprofits, management consulting firms, and research institutions in South Asia and North America. Her experience covers a wide range of domains, including gender equity, economic empowerment, adolescent girls’ transitions into adulthood, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS.

Devaki holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a Master's in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.

Jasmine is a Senior Program Manager with a background in policy, development, and governance. During her tenure as a project manager at the Quality Council of India (QCI), she led multiple high-impact reform initiatives for central government ministries. In this role, she worked closely with Ministers, senior bureaucrats, and grassroots agencies to execute strategy, monitoring, and evaluation-focused projects.

She also served as a legislative aide to former Lok Sabha MP, Mr. Baijayant “Jay” Panda as part of the LAMP fellowship with PRS Research, and worked as a consultant with the Ministry of Finance. She is an Economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and holds a post-graduate diploma from the Young India Fellowship, Ashoka University.

Khushi is a Programme Associate at The Udaiti Foundation. She graduated from Ashoka University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategy. During her time at Ashoka, she held the position of Head of People Engagement and Empowerment at the Impact Club and was one of only 20 students selected for the first cohort of the Emerging Leaders Experiential Program, facilitated by the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy.

Before joining The Udaiti Foundation, Khushi worked as a part-time consultant with ETI Services, where she focused on leveraging government policies and behaviour change communication to build capacity on women empowerment and public health. She’s also worked with the Daily Wage Worker Platform as a Project Manager, where she led initiatives aimed at helping migrant workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Khushi is motivated to work toward evidence-based social policy and impact.

Karthick is the Assistant Vice President and Lead for the Data Hub at The Udaiti Foundation. He strongly believes in the potential of data to solve complex development challenges and create sustainable social impact. With over 12 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, data analytics, impact evaluations, monitoring and evaluation, he has worked with government organisations as well as international agencies in countries across Asia and Africa.

He has provided technical assistance, consulting services, and implemented national level evaluation projects. He has worked across varied thematic areas, including women's economic empowerment, MSME and entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and public health.

Mahima is a Senior data Associate at the Udaiti Foundation. She holds a masters degree in Economics, and has worked primarily on manipulating and visualizing different datasets to generate insights, both in the corporate and social sector. Keen to apply a gender lens to her data work, Mahima utilizes tools like Power BI and Python to deliver meaningful conclusions and drive informed decision making.

Nikita holds the position of Senior Program Associate at The Udaiti Foundation, where she is working in the Technical Support Unit(TSU) for Uttar Pradesh-Women Economic Empowerment (UP-WEE) Project. She is a Political Science graduate from University of Delhi, and later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Development Studies at Ambedkar University, Delhi.

Prior to this engagement, she was working with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment in their Project Monitoring Unit. She has worked with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of social justice and welfare schemes under the central government. She has also done a fellowship with Goonj, a Not-for-Profit Organization, during which she worked on various projects around the circular economy, menstrual hygiene management, and economic empowerment of marginalised communities.

Poorvi has recently joined The Udaiti Foundation as a Program Manager in the Technical Support Unit (TSU) for Uttar Pradesh-Women Economic Empowerment (UP-WEE) Project. Prior to this, she has worked on a financial inclusion program, Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana, which was initiatied by the Government of Haryana to assist the low-income households in the State.

She also worked as a consultant with the Udhyam Learning Foundation, focusing on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindsets in the ITI ecosystem. She is a law graduate who entered the social sector through the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates programme by Ashoka University, Haryana.

Ranjula is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science having graduated in 2018. After working as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament, Ranjula went on to work with organisations like the Aangan Trust, The Quantum Hub and The Akshaya Patra Foundation. Her experience in policy research and stakeholder consulting cuts across socio-economic sectors, with focus on women and children.

Saumya holds the position of Senior Program Manager at The Udaiti Foundation. She transitioned into the social sector as an SBI Youth for India Fellow in 2017. She co-founded a social enterprise called Tales & Treasures, collaborating with more than 13 microentrepreneurs from 5 states, with a primary emphasis on empowering women and rural communities. Her work has centred around women's economic empowerment, accessibility, inclusion, and social entrepreneurship.

Aditionally, Saumya has played a key role in product and policy development of the Government of India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission as a consultant with the University of Chicago's International Innovation Corps program. At present, Saumya heads the women's entrepreneurship vertical, where she's decidated to co-creating innovative solutions that drive enterprise growth for women in India.
